Brian Hollander is an experienced advocate, community organizer, program manager, trainer and volunteer. Brian's focus has been in advocating for self-agency and equality of access for people across the spectrum of disabilities and currently serves as the Program Manager of Independent Living Resource Center, a cross-disability advocacy and services organization serving Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and San Luis Obispo counties. Brian also serves on the San Luis Obispo and Ventura County as co-chair of Santa Barbara Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster, California Association of Mental Health Peer Run Organizations (CAMHPRO) and many other community groups and committees. Brian is committed to the idea that communities should be accessible and inclusive for people of all abilities. During his free time, Brian enjoys cooking and baking, travel, biking, frisbee, reading and spending time with family and friends, (currently over FaceTime, of course). Brian is honored to serve on the Grant Making Committee bringing resources for the important work so many organizations are doing to impact social justice in our community.
