Just Communities / Language Justice Emergency Response during Thomas Fire - $3,000
This grant helped bring language access to our most vulnerable community members during the Thomas Fire that raged throughout the central coast.

Santa Barbara Channelkeeper / Post-fire, Flood and Mudslide Monitoring and Public Notification Program - $3,000
This grant helped produce scientifically sound data to improve water quality and aquatic habitats in our Santa Barbara community.

Coalition Against Gun Violence / Taskforce to Establish Policies for Gun Violence Prevention - $3,000
The funding of this grant supported the launch and coordination of a youth-led taskforce to demand elected officials to participate in the passing policies that will make our schools safer.

California Voting Rights Project / District Elections Committee: Special June Election Voter Engagement - $3,000
This grant was used to hold forums for candidates within the lower Westside and San Andres area and create a Spanish language visibility campaign to get Spanish speakers to vote.

Coalition for Sustainable Transportation / Save SB 1 – No on Proposition 6 – $1,999
Funding to coordinate a bilingual campaign for no on proposition 6 that would repeal SB 1 support of diverse, accessible and affordable transportation in Santa Barbara County.

Community Environmental Council / Food Justice Capacity Building - $2,350
Funding of the Food Justice stakeholder engagement project will cultivate leadership in North Santa Barbara County and build the capacity of local organizations to tackle environmental justice, healthy food access, farmworker tights, and student hunger challenges.
